Also, any other affected areas such as Lagoon Road as well as around Wommin Lake. As noted above, we suggest that these areas have <strong>reduced speed to 30km\/h<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the same areas, <strong>placement of yellow lines<\/strong> for no parking on ALL corners and the roadway across from the new boat ramp and the boat ramp side of the road. This will allow clear vision at the corners and eliminate the impedance caused by boat trailers on the road.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Enforcement<\/strong> of the above conditions by all the involved agencies.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>To achieve behavioural change, active enforcement of regulations and the ongoing visible presence of authorities is the appropriate mechanism. Speeding on Fingal Road, let alone any road in Fingal Head and incorrect parking on corners is a police enforcement role. Incorrect use of the old boat harbour, inappropriate camping, inappropriate use of the off\/on-leash dog areas is a TSC ranger enforcement role. Checking boat licences, dealing with incorrect speeds that swamp the small sailing vessels and endanger those exiting the harbour entrance and drinking on the water is a marine enforcement role. Checking fishing licences and catches is a fisheries enforcement role.
