The Fingal Head community is concerned about the explosion in the number of boating visitors accessing the Fingal Head boat ramp. This issue is having a major impact on safety and liveability in our community.
It also contributes to illegal parking, traffic congestion, road safety concerns.
This issue has become markedly worse since recent changes to the Kennedy Drive Pascoe Park boat ramp making it virtually inaccessible to traffic coming from the M1. Unfortunately, the TSC has placed signage at the Kennedy Drive Pascoe Park boat ramp redirecting boating visitors to Fingal Head boat ramp despite the availability of other boat ramps.
